Aberdeen Angus

Recorded in Aberdeenshire since the 16th century, this breed became commonplace throughout the British Isles in the mid 20th century.

British Blue

Originating as a cross between a Belgian Blue and a Shorthorn, the British Blue has an increased ability to covert food into lean muscle.

With 20% more muscle than an average cow, this breed produces a reduced fat content beef, leaner and generally lighter in colour.

If you want a lean and tender steak then British Blue is the choice for you.
